Integrated network controller works only for 1 minute then stop workin

Hello, i just replaced my motherboard with a Biostar TA75M+

I have a problem with the integrated network controller. When i boot into windows, internet and LAN will work only for around 1 minute and then everything stops working and i cannot browse internet or see my LAN shares

I am sure everything is configured correctly (i am experienced with computers and this is not my first build)
Drivers are up-to-date and network connection is correctly configured

If i use a wifi USB dongle, everything works fine.

My previous motherboard had the same Realtek LAN controller and everything was working fine
