ASRock B75M or Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3V

Ok so I'm having trouble deciding on my motherboard for my gaming pc build. I had this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157301 motherboard picked out, but then I came across these two:

ASRock B75M ($72 w/ shipping):
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157313
http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.us.asp?Model=B75M&cat=Specifications

Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3V ($65 w/ shipping):

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128540
http://www.gigabyte.us/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4195#sp

The build I'm currently doing is a budget gaming PC with no intention of overclocking. I just want to make sure that the mobo can handle these parts:

Case: Phantom 410 White - It is crucial that the fan controller works with the mobo.

CPU: Intel Core i5-3450 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus 76.8 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Hard Drive: Intel 330 Series 60GB 2.5" Solid State Disk

Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 480 1.5GB Video Card

Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer

If anyone has any other suggestions for mobo's, then feel free to do so as long as the price is under $95 w/ shipping. Please do note that I am working on a somewhat-tight budget, so that is why overclocking is not feasible for me.

Thanks ahead,
Vision
