Dear folks,

I have a 2GB 1600 MHz Laptop Ram, the details of CAS Latency is as per given below.

Now I need to add 4GB extra in and the problem is that currently the only available memory in local market is the following:
G.Skill SQ DDR3 4 GB Laptop RAM (F3-12800CL9S-4GBSQ)

DDR3-1600/PC3-12800
SO-DIMM Memory Module
204-pin Configuration
9-9-9-28 CAS Latency
Unbuffered
1 X 4 GB DRAM Structure

Question: Will both be compatible into my laptop and run without any problem?

Any help is appreciated.

I kind of suspected that, do you think taking chance on 50/50 could be sensible? buying an extra of 4Gig stick will be a burden for now as per my budget.

Any other option or suggestion?

Well, if you want to increase you memory amount, you're going to have to get a new stick, so you have no choice in the matter. It's only a question of whether you'll be able to use the old stick at the same time as the new one.
