Non- Reference Sapphire 6950 2gb help

Hi so the sapphire 6950 2gb is selling for $232.99 after rebate which is an absolute steal but after buying it i saw that it is non-reference. I have no intentions to overclock my GPU are there any other differences between reference and non?

Except for the cooler, there is not much difference, though many non-reference 6950s do not have the Dual BIOS switch, but since you don't want to overclock it should not bother you.
