My friend has been struggling to get SOLID 60FPS on minecraft using the integrated graphics on a Dell XPS 560, so I suggested to him that he get a PCI-e graphics card. I looked at the "Best GPUs for the money" article here, and found the best GPU that could be run without an external 12 rail. A radeon 5670. I was wondering if he could run that card fine with the default 300w PSU that came in the dell, or just go with the 5570. Here are the speccys for his computer:

Thank you. If he is only running minecraft and OSU! (And maybe some Just Cause 1) Would you suggest a 5570 over the 5670?

EDIT: Remember, this is the best GPU for the money, not the best GPU that can be run w/o external power.
