Do I need to perform a clean boot If i swap identical mobos

I have recently started my first build and i have already learned a lesson about how delicate i need to be with my components. After improper handling i bent a pin on one of the pci buses, long story short the other bus was not damaged and oi proceeded to build outside of my case with the good port. the problem is my graphics card will not fit in this configuration and i need a new mobo.

I am going to buy the exact same motherboard, I want to know if i need to do a clean boot or not. I would imagine i would not need to because all the drivers would be identical.

I am working with an ASUS Maximus IV Gene-Z/GEN3 LGA 1155 Intel motherboard if that helps. Thankyou

I have had a few cases where I did need to, but that was with older motherboards. The newer Z68 and Z77 should be fine.
