My config is as follows:

AMD Athlon II x4 630
MSi 785GM-E51
9800 GT 1GB low power
Corsair 4 GB DDR3 1333Mhz RAM
660GB(500+160) Seagate HDD
NZXT GAMMA case
Corsair cx430 v2

Now Im planning to upgrade my graphics card to the MSi HD 6850 cyclone edition. Will my current PSU handle it well? I even have a second PC with a FSP sagaII 500W, so I can use that if its better.
I really dont want to upgrade my PSU unless really necessary. The toms $500 Gaming PC has a antec 430W greenpower PSU and runs a phenomII 955BE and HD6870 with ease(even on oveclock). So I should be fine right?

You will be fine with that PSU for now. Actual draws of a 6850 are about 125W max. Add in the rest of the system and you are never going to break 350W.
