Which GPU Under 200 Dollars

I'm ready to purchase my GPU this weekend. It is the last piece needed for my system.

I can spend up to $200

My system

2500K
P8P67
Corsair 650TX

I am not going to SLI or Xfire

I am looking for a card that is quiet and I do not need to play any games on their highest settings.

I probably will not over clock the GPU either.

I have looked at all of the reviews and was set on getting the Asus GTX 460 1MB until all of these new cards came out.

So what is the best deal price/performance wise right now under $200 dollars?

Right now probably the sapphire 5850Xtreme - it is a new release of the 5850 at a lower price point was $139 @ newegg but sold out again (2nd time I know of that they sold all of them) but is in stock @ tigerdirect for $149 with a game (Shogun 2)
