Looks pretty good to me, i assume you don't intent to SLI the 570 in the near future at least. If you do, then i would recommend the hx850 for PSU.
But for a single card setup that one looks great.

Lose the SATA III hard drive. Hard drives still can't saturate a SATA II connection. Apart from that, everything looks fine. If you're using Newegg, don't forget combo deals.
