ASUS Crosshair IV AM3+

My friend has a Crosshair IV Formula thats AM3, but with a bios update it can use a AM3+ processor. He was wondering how well this works? and anyone who has tried it has some feedback. thanks

no one has tried this? doesnt need to exactly need to be a crosshair IV, but i think most 890FX motherboards can run AM3+.
