Motherboard advice

Hey guys, Im building a new gaming rig and I am thinking of using an ASRock z68 extreme3 MoBo, from what ive heard its a good board, but what do you guys think? If you have any other boards to recommend, please keep it at or under $120.

and as for the price range, it can be a little over 120, but not much

I'd say go for the ASRock Z77 Extreme4.

For just $15 more, you get a Z77 chipset, better power phase design, which would help you attain higher OC. & overall a better board.
