There is a way to make a backup dvd of windows for oem systems and older versions of windows. Or you may be able to call microsoft and download windows with your windows coa. I often see dell windows dvd's for sale cheap on craigslist; they should work with your coa; be sure you get either 32 or 64 bit, whichever you need.
