Email server error

hi folks! i have been using a certain email i/d for many years; solely for 'official' stuff as apart from social emails. i am using outlook express/virgin media |(uk)
suddenly, i am no longer able to receive mail at this address! i can send from it and have tested with mail to my other e-addresses.
any ideas why this should be? all info/password has been double-checked...strange

have you checked the incoming mail server? maybe it was changed by the email provider.
