3DMark06 - Graphics Driver Not Approved

Evening,
I just ran my first 3DMark06 test, and in the results it says that I have an unapproved driver. I have the latest ATI drivers (6.14.10.7179), so I am really confused as to why it is saying this. Surely I don't have to downgrade to an older driver as that defeats the whole purpose of benchmarking and pushing your PC to it's peak?
