What to put in my spare drive bays / pci slots?

I have a load of 5.25 and 3.5 drive bays and some pci slots spare with nothing in them. Any ideas what to put in them? (not including fan controllers)

Who here still uses card readers?? I'm trying to fill a bay at the mo, the only thing i might have use for is a usb 3 bay. Most of my cards that would go into my reader go via usb.
