Forum Systems : New Build Gaming Rig - Advice from ppl who know about upcoming hardware

My labtop called it quits on me a couple months ago so I'm in the market for a nice new gaming rig. I was planning on waiting nearer to the release of diablo 3 so I'm curious if anyone might know whats coming out in the next year and if it would be really worth the wait.

Heres my build I've looked around quite a bit but if you can critique what I've come up with, please and thank you.

Pet peeve, sorry. Laptop. Not Labtop. Lol :P That powersupply is a LITTLE overkill.. and by little I mean a lot. You should need.. maybe 750w max? I know a calculator, hold on.

Squirrel told me about that calculator

Blizzard generally does a good job of keep their game requirements low to make sure they get the maximum number of people to buy their games. Since the Intel Core i5-2500K is about the best gaming processor out on the market and the video card you have is a harder end one I would say that you are well set up for Diablo 3 when it is released.

On the power take a look at the Corsair tx750.

Your GPU card is fine, and yuou leave room for Xfire later on. If yo plan to Xfire later on make sure you get a very good 750W + PSU that can handle Xfire. A Corsair 750W TX would be fine, but I prefer a higher wattage (850 +) for greater overhead in Xfire.

theres a $210 price difference between those components and the ones in your op.

I have the Razer DeathAdder and I can say I thoroughly enjoy this mouse :D. It'll shave off a good 70 bucks too.

You can get a Samsung 2 TB drive for only $80. I know that it is a green drive, but as it is a storage device and not for RAID, I'd suggest that it would be a better value.
