Any printer that can support a larger size than your custom size should be able to meet your needs. What are the dimensions of the custom paper you are using? Also, depending on size, you may want to consider some of the products made by Avery (they make labels, business card paper, etc) that could be used to print several copies onto sheets that fit into standard sizes.
