Intel motherboard fault finding and solution

Hello, I have Intel DG965Ry motherboard and when i boot the system CPU fan Will start spin and on board led start glow but there is no activity power and HDD led and no display on moniter. please help me to find the issue.

Remove RAM and clean its connector properly by using cloth and connect it again.

Dear, all motherboards has a section called front panel usually in the bottom right handside of the mbd. u will find it out by seeing the power sw wire coming and getting attached to the motherboard.
beside the wire is the pins for hdd led and power led. i hope this solves ur prob.
