Which Mobo?

I need to know which mobo is the best for an i5 2500k 2x sapphire 6870 and a reasonable overclock with 750 watt psu 80+ bronze.

Either board would work just fine and overclock just the same. I would recommend a z68 board over the p67 though. And unless you intend on getting an ivy bridge processor later on down the road and putting it in this computer then the z77 board is unnecessary. You could fine a z68 most likely cheaper and have better features and overclock capability. But between the two of those I would pick the ASRock.
