GA-Z77-UD3: 2 options for USB 3 drivers (Intel & VIA)?

I am completely new to this, so cut me slack...

I am installing drivers and I see two options for USB 3 drivers, an Intel and a VIA. Do I install just one, or both? If just one, which one?

don't really know which motherbaord you are asking ..
if it is z77x-ud3h .. it possesses two usb 3.0 chipset controllers, and you need to install both.
