PSU overkilling Motherboard?

I built my newest rig about 10 months ago or so.

AMD Black Edition 3.3ghz
Kingston HyperX 8gb
Nvidia GTX 590's (2)
Kingston V+ Series 128gb SSD
Asus 990FX

Originally it was the Asrock 990FX Fatality but
I went thru 4 of them in about two or three weeks.
But I noticed on my Asus board any electronic plugged into it notably mic's gets a massive static feedback
I didn't notice it until my wife bought me a new headset when its plugged in the mic is overwhelmed by static
but when I go wireless with my headset it isn't there at all.

When I game my controller randomly shorts out.
Same with my External WD terrabyte but only on this computer.

It's a Mushkin 1050 Watt PSU.
My question is seeing as how I have never seen a issue such as this.
Can my PSU be naturally overvolting my system which is causing the USB ports to have a static backfeed?
One of the case USB ports kills USB flash drives and melt's them if anything is plugged into it.
And the Asrock boards I had kept shorting out, when they died.

might now be over voltage but it could be a lot of ac ripple. you can use open hardware monitor to watch your power supply voltages.

If I may be so bold I know I don't have the skill level as many of the people here are, I used HWMonitor but I don't understand the voltage as I have never been good at OC'ing.

Given this issue has been around even before a overclock (using system settings for "best performance OC" sense the black edition I have is unlocked.
Can you use your expertise and aid me in this and possibly a way to rectify it?

if that the idle voltage then under load you could be having brown out issues.
what the brand and age of your power supply if it somewhat new it may still be under warranty..where you could rma it if it a good branded ps.

Munshkin, 1050 Watt, and I figured it was PSU just wasn't sure till now.
I've occasionally blue-screened for no reason in the middle of things just wasn't sure why.
