A 9500GT would be a upgrade?

I would consider building a whole new computer. Your cpu is waaaay too slow, your motherboard has a 89w cpu limitation, probably requires a bios update to even update the cpu, and likely will need a new power supply if you get a new video card and new cpu.

CPU, power supply, video card, hell you might as well just save for a new computer instead of dumping cash into an obsolete computer. Is the case and psu even standard ATX?
