E4500 vs e5200

Hi guys.

I have another question about E5200 CPU regarding performance vs. E4500;

As far as I've seen, benchmarks say e5200 beats e4500 by far, taking in consideration different clock speeds and same L2 cache:

I checked ark.intel.com and it says # of Processing Die Transistors is 228 million vs 167 million Processing Die Transistors in e4500, so my opinion is that I should go for e5200, being faster.

i would go for the Core 2 Duo. E4500. you will be able to get more speeds out of it when you overclock
