Should i upgrade ?

i bought my pc about 2 years ago
Amd phenom 955
Ati 4890
4gb ddr2
cm galdiator 600 case with 460 power supply
and i have a samsung 2494HM 24"
i still can run most of the games @ 1920x1080 with maximum graphic
but i think its the time for an upgrade should i upgrade now or just wait ,if so what part should i upgrade first ?!
