ATX 12V

my PC-

Intel Core2Duo E4500 @ 2.2 GHz
Mercury PI945GCM (MoBo)

What's Ur PSU model..???

It says that your PSU has single 12V rail and it can produce maximum combined power of 360W [(12V*15A)*2 ]

I think, presently it can run some of good graphic cards such as HD5670,HD5750, GTS450 in market...

Correct me, If I am wrong... :D

but some say it wont work..

Personally i wouldnt risk it. Virtually all hardware gets its power from 12v. PSUs like this with most of their power available at 3.3 and 5v show a very old cheap design. I think this unit would fail if you tried to draw more than about 200w from it and that card might get you close to drawing that much some times.
PSU is of a local brand , and labelled 450W.... all other details are in the 1st post..

is there 100% guarantee of HD 5670 working without burning of any part of my PC?

sure, HD5670 1GB will run fine, but I recommend to run it with a QUALITY PSU,which has just 400W...

because, Ur current PSU can run HD5670 but other hardware components must remain safe in first place...

If i may ask is there a reason you want to add a video card and if so what do you want to do with it? there may be a cheaper soulution here.
