Some video cards are now listing minimum ps requirements based on total system load, not just the video card. I don't have a link for the program that can measure your current system load. But they're out there. I would look for a minimum of 40 amps on a single 12v rail. xfx and corsair are similar in specs; antec earthwatts is they're preferred brand, not the neo series. And seasonic is also excellent, though priced higher.

Intel 2500 = 95W
GTX 560 = 160W
Rest of your system = 50-60W

So your peak load is no more 320W

Now I dont like to load my PSU to more than 80%, so than you need at least a good 400W PSU with at least 30A on the 12v rail.

Something like this

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

both will be enough power.

If you think you might need more power down the line, than something like this

or for more power

I wouldn't get the corsair builder's series; reminds me of the antec neo series. The earthwatts is a good buy, so I second the 650w unit as the minimum to buy. It's been priced as low as $50 after rebate recently.

Thermaltake W0356RE Litepower 700W will this do? or this Thermaltake TR-500P TR2 Bronze 500W PSU

ehh the Thermaltake psu are both pricey. If you ask me, I would either go with the Cooler Master 450W if you dont plan to SLI or add a more power hungry video card, or the Antec 650W if you do. Both are efficient, well built, and pretty inexpensive.

In that case:

You need a minimum of 400W, and 30A on the 12v rail. But I suggest 450-500W with about 35A on the 12v rail to be safe. Anything more is for future-proofing.
