Press f1 to resume f10 to setup error

Hello,
when i switch on my pc A window comes and shows f1 to resume .why is my pc showing that

is it a window (meaning windows has already loaded), or is it a black screen with white text?
If the latter then it means that your BIOS battery is failing and should be replaced (or the mobo is dead... but most likely the battery). Take the battery out and take it to the store with you so they know what to match. Pop in the new battery, log into BIOS, load default settings, save&exit, and all should be well
