That is what I have so far. Now, Could this run GTA IV at ~40 fps on medium to high settings? If not, what other components could I cut out of the build to make room for A better CPU/GPU? Also, do you see anything I am missing? I don't know too much about computers, that's why I am ordering one. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Where are you ordering it from?

Either way you'de probably want something a little stronger as a video card, I've noticed GTA is tough on benchmarks, and that card is mediocre.

It would play at low resolution (small screen), medium settings, and I doubt it would be 40 fps.

Its from cyberpowerpc.com. Okay, so could you help me with a build under $650 that will run gta 4 at medium-high decently? Also, I was going to overclock it to 3.0ghz. Plus, I have seen videos of these cards running gta 4 well. Anyway...heres what the computer must have:

Mouse and keyboard(don't have to be great)
An OS(Vista or 7)
Be able to run GTA 4 medium to high
Must be built at a website

Could you give me some pointers as to what to look for and what to avoid? Thanks.

I run GTA 4 on a crap, entry EVGA GT 220 and I get ~30fps on that, also with a 2.8 Wolfdale Core 2 Duo. I play at 1440x900, everything medium. I've heard that the hd65xx cards are extremely similar to the hd56xx cards. I am starting a build myself and plan to get a HD5750.
