i was originally considering from cyberpowerpc but then I read how much negative reviews that website has gotten so I chose Ibuypower (if you guys know something I don't about this site please tell me)

This is what I want to get:
i5 2500k 4.3.30ghz 6mb cache
NVIDIA GTX 580 1.5 Single Card
[SLI] Gigabyte GA-Z68A-D3H-B3 -- 3x PCI-E 2.0 x16, Lucid Virtu Technology (I have no clues about motherboard if anyone can elaborate on it that'd be great)
8gb ram ddr3 1600 corsair
Hardrive 750gb 32mb cache

$1691 total including other small stuff I didn't mention

1. I chose a SLI motherboard so in case if I want to make it dual 580s can I just manually install the card and it will work?

2. There is an option on there called intel smart response saying something about increasing over 50% cpu response or something like that. I didn't chose it. Do I need that for gaming and HD video editing?

3. Is the price good for the parts I've chose?

You left out a very important item, the power supply. Can't help you without this info. Be sure the board accessories include an sli bridge; some don't.
