Mixing RAM on Asus m5a97

In my system I have 4GB of Hyundai Electronics (RAM that came with a HP Pavilion I had) running at 9-9-9-24 1333 Mhz. I'm looking to buy this RAM or this RAM.

Can I mix the 7 or 8 CAS latency with the 9 CAS latency I am running right now on the Asus m5a97 motherboard?
