What are suggestions on cases for a quiet but inexpensive case for a family PC?

Here is the planned build:

AMD A6-3650
ASRock A55M-HVS FM1
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 4GB (2 x 2GB)
Seagate Barracuda ST31000524AS 1TB 7200 RPM $55 [ x2 ]
DVD R/W
BR DVD [later potential purchase]

I would like to have at least 2 if not 4 USB on the front along with the audio jack.

Have been looking at the Antec NSK 4482B with the built in power supply, but wonder what other suggestions there might be?

Would like low noise, but does not have to be ultra silent, and want to make sure it stays cool at the PC will be running 24/7/365 inside the desk computer bay [12X19 X24 deep].

Solution

I don't think noise or heat are going to be an issue with the components you've listed for your build.
I just think cases that have 2 fans would eleviate any heat concerns in a tight desk slot much better.
Since they both have 140mm top exhaust fans = hot air rises and 120mm rear exhaust fans.
Ideally you might want to add or switch the 120mm to front intake i know i would.
That's entirely up to you i have cases with 6-8 fans in them and noise isn't an issue.
2 are ear height and only 2' away.
One is a family use in a desk slot it has a 120mm front intake/120mm top and 120mm rear exhaust.
I never notice it noise wise.

Well the Antec 100 has 4 x usb 2.0 and has better stock cooling 2 included fans.
Antec One Hundred - $54.99/39.99 after rebate.
Same psu Antec EarthWatts Green EA-380D - $44.99/plus $1.99 Shipping
$101.97 before taxes shipping included.
Antec NSK 4482B
$109.98 before taxes shipping included.
So you don't loose anything but save $ with my suggestion.

NZXT Source 210 Elite - $49.99/+$3.99 Shipping
Antec Earthwatts Green 650W - $49.99 USD

Imo the 100 or NZXT 210 Elite are better cases which feature 2 fans and are new designs.
You don't need a huge psu but the 650W Antec i linked is only $3 more then the 380W.
The 650W psu with either one of those cases is a far better value.

But how do the noise levels compare?
