First gaming pc

Hello,
I am looking to get my first gaming pc, looking for something that can run 2 monitors one with a game on it and one with anything from a movie to a web page. i would like it to be able to play makes at least on the level of a consels preferably better. shooters, fall out new vegas, and skyrim are the kind of games i am into and looking to play. would like to do prebuilt but would consider building my own. thanks for your time
