Good video card for some older games at 1920x1080 (21.5")

Whats a good video card for some older games runnin on ultra or high? Games such as WoW, oblivion, COD MW2, MW1, borderlands, etc. Something in the 100 to 200 range if possible?

You wont have to upgrade your psu either. By the way, have u tried unlocking your cpu into an x4?
