Can't overclock

I looked up a ton of information to overclock my phenom ii x6 1065t processor, but in the bios it wont let modify ANY processor settings, it's in a stock Asus cm1730. I want to overclock because I'm getting a new power supply and gtx 670, so I don't want the processor to bottleneck the GPU.

OEM's do not allow overclocking because of reliability.
