ok just installed the new card display is LC220SS1 22 HDTV 720dpi 16.9 aspect ratio WXGA 1366x768 how should i set up screen resolution to match this or can i go higher and in BC2 what should i put screen resolution at in game setting im connected through HDMI or should i go with RGB pin on the back of the display monitor which is better

The HDMI should be better than the RGB connector.

You cannot exceed your monitor's native resolution. If it is 1366x768, this is the highest you can display at regardless of what your in game options may be.
