ok just installed this card my ? is best screen resolution display. My display is LC220SS1 HDTV 22" 720i 16.9 aspect ratio WXGA 1366x768 im now connected by HDMI should i set screen resolution to match this or can i go higher or instead of HDMI should i go through RGB pin on the display. In BC2 what would be my best screen resolution in game setting for best perfomance please help oh one more thing windows 7 has 1280x760 as recommened settings
 
Solution
Because you're using a TV instead of a monitor, you're limited by your tv's max resolution. In your case, it's 1366x768. Trying to force a higher resolution than that will cause a distorted image and it won't look right.

Windows probably recommends the 1280x760 because it might not recognize that it's a 16.9 aspect ratio (widescreen). If you tell it it's a widescreen display, it should hopefully open up a different set of resolutions available that include 1366x768.

You should use your monitors native resolution (1366x768) when possible. If a game doesn't support it then use 1280x720. Use the Nvidia Control Panel to change your resolution if windows 7 isn't giving you the option for your native resolution.

ok how do i do this to tell it is wide screen
