i would go with the asrock, it has 2 more sata connectors and costs less. besides that both are pretty evenly matched. if you get the asrock you can spend more on a graphics card or a cpu and get more performance
I'm debating on this also. I currently have an old ASUS p5n-e sli board that has ran flawlessly the past 5 years. It's now time to upgrade and I'm thinking they deserve my repeat business. However, I'm still doing my homework on which mobo to get for my new $1100 build.
