I own a a GA-EX58-EXTREME motherboard ( http://www.gigabyte.us/products/product-page.aspx?pid=2... ). My mother board is not listed under the compatible motherboards list on the g.skill websites. However I don't understand why it wouldn't be able to support 240-pin 1600MHz RAM. Do you guys think it will be compatible? Thanks. You 'can' run in Dual Channel (multiples of 2; 2 or 4) mode but ideally it's better to run in Tri Channel mode (multiples of 3; 3 or 6). See Dual and Tri Channel installation -> http://i1013.photobucket.com/albums/af254/Jaquith/UDR3_... Unless you're running out of memory in the Resource Monitor and no 'Free' RAM is shown then there's no reason to add more RAM. 3x4GB (12GB) DDR3-1600 kits - http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=E...
