How do i update bios - Msi g41m-p25

My cpu fan isn't working and on the msi download center there is an update Support SYSFAN control function so i wanna see if that'll fix the problem.

Bear in mind i have no os installed because the heatsink fan isnt working, the heatsink is arctic cooler freezer pro 7 .rev2

Put the BIOS update on a USB flash drive, boot up your computer, go into the BIOS and change it so that it boots from the USB flash drive first. Then reboot, and it should go into your flash drive, run the bios.
