Best $60 PSU

I need a good $60 PSU to support a 6770 (temporarily) and either 6770 or a GTX 570 or Radeon 6970.
So far, I've been thinking Rosewill Green Series RG630 (hardware secrets golden award) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182200 or Rosewill RP600V2 (tier 2 at low temps) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182032 . Any other suggestions?

I have not found Rosewill PSUs to be very good other than their 1200W PSU. I believe Seasonic has a PSU for around $60. That would be my choice over other brands.

The RP series is junk for sure and i'm with beenthere i'd choose another brand.
Rp's are noisy and can't operate above 25C internally which is ridiculous in a modern system.
The RG630 is a good unit and doesn't suffer from issues found in the P series.
