Need the right CPU Cooler

Titan Cooler - They have the only cpu cooler based on my research that's under 70mm and can cool an A8-3850 TDP 100W. Is there something else out there that can met these requirements?

Google some reviews it's generally regarded as the best HTPC top down cooler available.
Lots of reviews are old on hot intel testbeds and old socket availability.
