New Corsair GS600 on HP mobo, constant restarts

Hello,purchased new PSU to replace blown device, now after new install,PC won't stay on. Please Help. a1610n board, Win 7 32-bit, Radeon x1650 card, 2GB RAM, 750GB hard drive

Your old ps may have taken out something else on your hp motherboard. Try pressing f6 or f8 (forget which) to get into windows safe mode. Use system restore in the security section and see if that helps.
