Hi, I'm trying to build a system for a friend who will play SC2, League of Legends, etc. and stream/record the live video of the game being played (using xsplit or fraps) at 1920x1080. I haven't had much luck getting advice on this, so I'd be very grateful for any comments.

There's no specific budget limit but of course trying to be reasonable.

Reliability is a concern because I won't have access to the machine to fix problems later.

CPU i7-2600k (I plan to OC to ~4.5 GHz)

2 x GeForce GTX 560 Ti (should I buy OC version or just regular and OC myself?).

Alternatively, I could get a single HD 6950.

Not sure if this is worth the cost: RipjawsX F3-17000CL9D-8GBXLD

NZXT Phantom full tower

Maybe this P67 motherboard? Or should I upgrade to Z68?

Crucial M4 80 GB SSD Most important here is reliability, but I couldn't find Intel X-25m in stock anywhere.

WD Caviar WD1002FAEX

Cooling: ???

Monitor: AW2310

Thanks!

i would go with:

i5 2500k with a coolermaster hyper 212 cooler
1- 6950
a z68 mobo
1 64 GB SSD to run the OS & a HDD for storage

the SSD make a huge difference in performance especiall if he will be doing a lot of streaming
