[Monitor] Advise Please

ASUS VE247H 23.6IN Widescreen LED LCD Monitor 1920X1080 2MS 10M1DC HDMI DVI-D VGA Speakers

On sale, right now, for 159.99$ with 10$ mail-in rebate, would it be the best monitor in under 200$?

It has LED backlight, 2ms response time, 1980x1080 resolution, HDMI, all of the features I look for.

I believe it is best bang-for-buck do you guys agree?

While it is a TN panel, I can not shell out for IPS, unfortunately with 200$ budget.

What do you guys think?

No worries about the wrong category (at least you realized it!)

That is quite a good deal for a 23 in widescreen LED 1080 monitor. Don't necessarily care for the speakers, but it's still pretty darn nice.

I'd say go for it.
