What can I do to improve this? I want to be able to play Guild Wars 2 when it comes out.

Other than adding a DVD burner, i think that's it.

You can get a better PSU and Mobo for less. A Corsair TX650 costs $90 and the Gigabyte Z68 mobo for $164 is one of the best you can get.
