Uninstall midtown madness in windows 7

I installed midtown madness on my windows 7 PC. It don't work very good. I uninstalled it using the "programs and features" but it's still on the start up list and it will start (still don't work). Now it's not listed in the "programs and features".

How can I get rid of it?

insert the disk and when the autorun overlay pops up select uninstall

That option isnt avaliable only "Run setup.exe" and the generic open/view/play options. There is also no uninstall within the program files and add/remove programs does not detect it. How do i get rid of this?
