Is it time to upgrade a GTS250

My current system specs:
CPU:AMD Phenom II X6 1090T @ 3.2GHz
GPU:Gainward GTS 250 1024mb
RAM:4gb 1333MHz DDR3

I know the card is getting old now but it plays all my games like F1 2010, Shift 2, DIRT 2, amnesia, BFBC2 on ULTRA graphics on a 1680x1050 reso, i really like this card but is it time to get the new ati 68** or the GTX 400s or maybe wait for newer cards to come out?

If you play all games at Ultra settings why do you need an upgrade? In my opinion, wait till you can't play a game at satisfactory settings before you upgrade.

If you aren't experiencing problems with the graphics card and are content with your framerate in games at your settings then no; don't bother upgrading.
