MSI 870a-g54 running my ram underspeed

My msi motherboard is underspeeding my ram, its being kept at 1333 instead of 1600, the max of this mobo is 1333 but its able to use 1600 overclocked, which it says in the product details, sorry im a noob at explaining this but basically I dont really understand how to overclock it to set it at its regular speeds through the bios, can anyone care to give me a few tips on this matter?

Ok i set the ratio to 1:4 which is 1600 and i set the first 4 timings to 9-9-9-24 and 2t it says its suppose to be 2n im thinking theyre the same??

I looked on cpu-z and all 4 timings go down fine 9-9-9-24 what is the bank cycle time though? its shown at 39 do i have to configure this too or leave it?
