EVGA GTX 560 TI SSC Drivers wont install on xp 64 Pro

So I installed a new GFX card today, the kick ass GTX560ti ssc. I dont have a disk drive due to space issues in my case so I downloaded the new drivers from the EVGA and when I try to install them I get an error:

"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application."

I tried the x64 as well as the x32 versions and both display the same error.

And I already checked that the new card is enabled in the device manager

anyone have this problem before or know what causes it?

I had a similar issue on both Vista and W7 before updating them with the latest patches and updates, this might prove to be a problem with XP 64 though.
