No signal on the monitor after accidentally pressing sleep button

Hello, I'm Rron.
A few days ago my brother accidentally pressed the sleep button. After the pc went asleep it turned off. After i turned it on there was no signal on the monitor. I need help a.s.a.p please?

Have you tried resetting the computer? Also, what are your computer's hardware and OS/software specifications?
